Provide and develop constructive new ideas.u2022 Ensure compliance with applicable legal and other voluntary compliance requirements by fleet vessels and initiate and monitor corrective actions as required.u2022 Perform accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis and present findings as a part of investigating team.
