Requirements
Demonstrates strong application knowledge in Momentus or similar Event Management / CRM platforms; perform configuration, system setup, and module enhancements Lead and support requirement gathering, documentation, workflow mapping, and enhance business units Manage testing cycles (SIT & UAT), troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors for bug resolution and enhancement delivery Provide day-to-day user support, resolve incidents, manage tickets, and ensure adherence to SLAs Develop and maintain reports/dashboards using system reporting tools, Power BI, or SQL as required Conduct user training, create training materials, and support onboarding for new processes and platform updates Bachelor’s degree in related technical major (e.g. Computer science Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, CS, etc.),3- 5 years of experience in enterprise applications support or implementationMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Momentus or similar Event Management / Venue Management platforms preferredExperience supporting CRM, ERP, or workflow-driven business systemsStrong understanding of event lifecycle workflows (Sales → Planning → Operations Billing)Knowledge of Momentus (or similar platforms), CRM systems,SQL, PowerBI, reporting toolsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent documentation, communication, and training skillsAdvanced ExcelKnowledge of change management and testing methodology
Description
This role is primarily responsible for the administration, configuration, support and enhancement of enterprise event-management platforms such as Momentus or similar Event Management / Venue Management systems or CRM System . The specialist will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, system stability, and continuous optimization of business workflows across Sales, Event Planning, Finance, and Operations. The role will support system users for any support, bugs, enhancements, requirement gathering, testing, and deployment of new features that improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance user experience across departments. The specialist will also play a key role in User support, data integrity, reporting, training, and user onboarding, ensuring the system is fully adapted and used effectively.
