Experience: 4–5 years of total experience, with significant background at a major consulting firm (hard filter). PMO Background: Strong, demonstrable experience in PMO governance, portfolio tracking, and reporting. Industry Experience: Background in real estate development is strongly preferred. Role PurposeThe PMO Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the Chief Investment & Business Development Officer on project governance and deal origination. The role balances portfolio governance with external stakeholder engagement to qualify, screen, and drive new real estate opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Origination & Pipeline Support: Source, screen, and qualify potential real estate opportunities while managing relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and government entities. PMO Governance & Reporting: Establish governance standards, track portfolio schedules and budgets, and deliver timely portfolio status reports to leadership. Analytics & Dashboards: Build and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards to translate complex deal and project data into actionable executive insights. Stakeholder Management: Represent the company in preliminary deal discussions, site visits, and external negotiations.
