2027 CHINA SEASONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM - PAYMENTS INTERN OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for out-of-the box thinkers to help us drive our future client solutions.

As a Payments Intern in the 2027 China Seasonal Internship Program, you will begin a 6-month program from July to December designed to provide a realistic career experience with the firm and exposure to top professionals across functions. Over the course of the program, you will be provided the necessary training and also learn a great deal from your colleagues and teammates. You will also get opportunities to meet senior colleagues and continue building your own professional network. You will develop essential knowledge and skills, and it is an outstanding first step towards building a dynamic, long-term career with us.

The program is an opportunity to take your career to the next level through hands-on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking. Based on your individual performance and achievements, you may receive an offer of full-time employment upon completion of the internship program.  The full-time offer is to join the two-year Payments rotational analyst program.

Job responsibilities
•    Learn how we work with 100,000+ clients in 150+ countries to support cash management needs and technology-based payment solutions
•    Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to meet client needs
•    Learn from product, strategy, or client coverage-based teams 
•    Be part of creating innovative ideas to transform the Payments landscape 
•    Work under the guidance of mentors and a supportive team 
•    Network with industry leaders, accessing best-in-class training and learning how all our businesses work together to provide excellent customer service

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
•    Exceptional analytical, research and project management skills
•    Familiarity with business fundamentals 
•    Ability to quickly solve problems on your own and with a team
•    Enthusiasm, energy and a drive to succeed
•    A collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work on a team
•    We are a global company whose primary business language is English and so fluent in English is required.
•    All majors are eligible to apply
