Requirements
The Head Mixologist will be responsible for ensuring exceptional beverage standards, training and mentoring the bar team, driving the quality of the beverage program, designing innovative cocktail programs, collaborating with the culinary team for pairings, managing inventory and waste reduction, and overseeing adherence to health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations. A strong understanding of mixology, food hygiene, and inventory control is essential.
