Requirements
Requires BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapist, plus advanced specialty certifications. Must have 6+ years of experience as an occupational therapist, with at least 4 years in a specialty area like Neuro, MSK, ICU, Orthopaedics, or Paediatric Rehab. Experience with children with neurological and complex rehabilitation needs, including Sensory Integration assessment, seating and positioning, and splinting is essential. Experience in a CARF/JCI-accredited setting and DOH/DHA-compliant licensure with BLS and paediatric-relevant certifications (PALS/ACLS) are also required.

This role requires an awareness of their responsibilities within the patient's care plan, along with a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology, evidence-based practice, and Occupational Therapy services across the lifespan.
