Requires an undergraduate degree, 8+ years of Transaction Banking/Payments experience, and 5+ years of client relationship management. Must have demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure and knowledge of Payment Rails and Reporting Standards (e.g., CAMT, BAI, EDI). Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization is also expected.
Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and manage a seamless client onboarding experience capable of supporting the most sophisticated technology companies that operate in multiple jurisdictions around the globe
  • Effectively manage Client relationships, often serving as the first point of contact for Product
  • Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap 
  • Monitor the performance of products and services, including overall profitability, by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
