Description
Prepare and submit interim and final payment certificates for clients.Prepare and review subcontractor payment certificates.Perform quantity take-offs from approved shop drawings.Review BOQs, contracts, and project specifications.Prepare and follow up on Variation Orders (VOs) and financial claims.Monitor project financial status and prepare periodic commercial reports.Coordinate with Technical Office, Site Team, and Finance Department.Prepare quantity comparison reports and maintain proper payment documentation.
