Requirements
8-10+ years of experience in Product/UX Design, with significant time spent on design systems specifically.
Proven experience setting up or managing a large design system — required.
Fluent in Figma variables, component properties, variants, and slot/nested component structures — required.
Strong understanding of token architecture (primitive, semantic, alias) and atomic design principles.
Native mobile app (iOS/Android) design experience, with understanding of platform-specific constraints.
Previous banking, fintech, or other regulated/enterprise experience preferred.
Strong documentation and systems-thinking skills.
Track record of driving design system adoption and governance across multiple teams.
