Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in IT operations or batch job scheduling, with hands-on experience in enterprise scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys, TWS, or Cron. Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), basic scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell), and understanding of application architecture and job dependencies are required. Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Incident and Change Management, and basic SQL for queries is also necessary. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure in 24x7 environments.
