Requirements

The role includes reviewing and developing MEP designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards, and providing technical support throughout project execution.Key Responsibilities* Review and coordinate Mechanical and Electrical designs for real estate projects.* Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural designs.* Review shop drawings, technical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.* Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams.* Identify and resolve technical issues and design conflicts.* Review technical submittals, materials, and equipment when required.* Provide technical support during project execution.* Monitor MEP works to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.* Participate in technical meetings and provide engineering recommendations.* Ensure proper integration and timely delivery of MEP systems.Qualifications* 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably with at least 5 years in real estate development, construction, or large-scale projects.* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering* Strong experience in MEP Design and Engineering.* Solid knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical building systems.* Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and engineering practices.* Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering/design software.* Strong experience in design coordination and technical documentation.* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.* Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.* Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.* Fluency in English.* Relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly preferred.
