Ride across rolling dunes and conquer the mountain peak of Jebel Jais.Verify that all transactions are accurately posted to the appropriate accounts.Reconcile daily revenue against PMS, POS, payment systems, and supporting documents.Review cash, credit card, bank, and other payment transactions for accuracy.Investigate and resolve discrepancies between revenue reports and supporting records.Verify room rates, discounts, complimentary rooms, voids, rebates, refunds, and allowances.Check that all revenue transactions comply with the hotel's policies and internal controls.Prepare and distribute daily revenue and income audit reports to Finance and management.Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of credit card settlements and accounts receivable.Review cashier reports and ensure all cash and credit card balances are properly accounted for.Monitor unusual transactions, variances, or irregularities and report them to the appropriate management.Maintain accurate audit documentation and supporting schedules.Assist with month-end closing activities, including revenue reconciliation and accruals where required.Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable financial controls.Maintain confidentiality of financial and guest information.Identify opportunities to improve revenue controls, reporting accuracy, and operational procedures.QualificationsPrevious experience in Income Audit, Night Audit, Accounts.Good knowledge of hotel PMS and POS systems.Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.Good attention to detail and analytical ability.Knowledge of hotel revenue accounting and internal controls.Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through on corrective actions.Not the right fit Set up email alerts as new job postings become available that meet your interest!
