Requirements
Requires a BS, MS, or DOT in Occupational Therapy. Must possess an Arkansas State board license or temporary license for a new graduate. Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable. CPR certification is required, but can be completed upon hire. Must maintain all requirements of the career ladder for Level I.
