Job DescriptionStrategy Support in training architecture and curricula and learning pathways. Provide inputs to technical and behavioral training programs based on needs analysis and institutional objectives. Integrate technical training with Individual Performance Plan outcomes, competency frameworks and succession-planning requirements in talent management systems. Support in development and maintenance of plans to qualify internal technical trainers in specialized and critical fields to strengthen knowledge transfer. Manage technical training calendar with budget oversight and alignment to strategic capability priorities. Operations Implement technical training plans with organizational units, ensuring adherence to agreed schedules, participation targets and quality standards. Coordinate with suppliers for technical training-related matters. Organize technical workshops, seminars and conferences, managing planning and execution. Provide day-to-day support to team members delivering technical training operations and support services. Product / Process Improvement Support in review of technical training programs using evaluation results, measure impact, analyze findings and recommend improvements to content and delivery approaches. Prepare periodic analytical reports on effectiveness, utilization and outputs of technical training programs for management review and decision-making.
