Requirements
Required QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field.Minimum 15 years of total work experience.At least 5 years of project management experience.Experience working with consultants and contractors.Saudi engineering registration.Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.Experience delivering projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.Familiarity with PMO governance, project controls, risk management, and contract administration.PMP certification.
