We're Hiring | Specialist ENT Surgeon Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a highly skilled Specialist ENT Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and surgically managing disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck in both adult and pediatric patients. The role involves providing comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and surgical care while ensuring compliance with DHA regulations and international clinical standards.Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders. Perform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures, including endoscopic and microscopic surgeries. Manage conditions such as chronic sinus disease, nasal obstruction, tonsillar and adenoid disease, hearing disorders, vertigo, thyroid and salivary gland disorders, and head and neck infections. Perform procedures including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, microlaryngeal surgery, nasal fracture reduction, tracheostomy, and other procedures within granted clinical privileges. Conduct comprehensive pre-operative evaluations and provide post-operative care. Interpret audiology, vestibular, endoscopic, imaging, and laboratory findings. Manage ENT emergencies, including epistaxis, airway obstruction, foreign body removal, and facial trauma within the scope of practice. Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, oncologists, pediatricians, and other specialists. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and clinical documentation. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, infection prevention, and patient safety programs. Supervise junior physicians and contribute to teaching, mentoring, research, and continuing medical education (CME).
