About the role:We are hiring a Perception Engineer (Vision & Sensor) to lead end-to-end perception systems, including 2D/3D cameras and industrial sensors. This role focuses on building reliable, production-grade vision pipelines with strong ownership of calibration, validation, and real-world deployment. You will ensure perception outputs are accurate, robust, and usable for downstream robotic execution.Location: DubaiKey Responsibilities:Integrate and maintain camera and sensor systems with stable acquisition and repeatable configurationsDevelop perception pipelines delivering measurements, poses, and confidence/quality metricsOwn calibration processes, including camera calibration and camera-to-world/robot alignmentBuild and optimize algorithms for image processing, detection, and inspectionWork on 3D perception (depth, ToF, point clouds) for accurate geometry and measurementsValidate systems in real-world conditions and troubleshoot issues like lighting, vibration, and performance constraintsImplement quality gating to ensure only reliable data reaches execution systemsDocument system behavior, validation results, and debugging insightsQualifications & Skills:Strong experience in industrial camera/vision system integrationHands-on expertise in 3D perception (depth sensing, ToF, point clouds)Experience with calibration and coordinate transformations (hand-eye calibration preferred)Proficiency in C++/Python with OpenCV (point cloud libraries are a plus)Strong real-world debugging skills (handling drift, dropped frames, environmental variations)Quality validation mindset with experience in data reliability checksNice-to-have:Experience in sensor fusion and time synchronizationFamiliarity with GPU acceleration for perception/inference Interested candidates, please share your profile at: [HIDDEN TEXT]OR apply directly.
