Requirements
The Officer - Passes is responsible for coordinating, administering, and facilitating the timely processing of airside security permits for various staff, consultants, and contractors. This includes personnel badges, airside vehicle permits (AVP), airside driving permits (ADP), and permits for tools, building materials, equipment, cameras, and computers. The role involves checking document accuracy and completeness, communicating errors, staying informed about projects, scrutinizing applications, ensuring correct issuance of permits, and maintaining records. The candidate must also maintain effective communication with airport authorities and contractors, assist in preparing monthly reports, follow up on expired permits, log and archive documents, and maintain an Arabic database of applicant information. Coordination with the badging team and Security Affairs Manager is essential for timely processing and addressing complex cases. Preparation of Arabic letters for permit applications and Airport Police NOCs is also required.

Officer - Passes is responsible for coordinating, administering and facilitating the timely processing of the airside security permits that are required for CP&C and CMA Staff as well as for Consultants, Contractors and Subcontractors.Contribute to the processing of the various types of ASAs, including (but not limited to) personnel badges, airside vehicle permits (AVP), and airside driving permits (ADP), as well as permits for tools, building and other materials, equipment, and cameras and computers.Check all documents / items submitted for ASA processing to verify their accuracy and completeness, and that the badges / permits applied for are relevant to the work for which the applicant is contracted. Communicate with applicants regarding errors, omissions, and missing requirements. Stay informed regarding developments concerning new and ongoing projects, so as to be ready for increased ASA applications and expedited processing requests. Scrutinize the airside permit applications and ensure the submission to airport pass office for processing. Ensure the issuance of all types of airside permits correctly as per the application submitted and verify before collecting from airport pass office. Maintain effective communication and working relationships with various authorities at airports and contractors/Consultants. Assist security assistant in maintaining the complete record of airside permits received from airport pass office and prepare the monthly report. Follow up with contractors and consultants to ensure that expired permits and permits no longer in use are submitted for cancellation. Log, monitor / track, file, and archive all documents / items (soft and hard copies), from the submission stage to the completed pass stage. This includes reminding ADA CP&C employees about renewing their passes. Also, maintain an Arabic version of a database containing applicant information. Maintain and update an electronic file containing ASA forms and procedures. Coordinate with other badging team members and the Security Affairs Manager to ensure the timely processing of ASAs, and to professionally address problematic or delayed cases. Prepare Arabic letters for airside pass application and Airport Police NOCs required for permit to work application.
