Acts as the IT technical support person for all implementation and enhancement of the assigned application(s). Assist end-users in defining business requirements and documenting business cases. Assist in documenting RFPs for the requested applications. Participate in solutions/products technical evaluation. Develop technical and functional knowledge of the application . Actively participate in applications implementation process including applications installation , configuration and testing . Participate in the testing and certification for features compliance.
