The Construction Foreman will oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with safety and quality standards, and effective team management. • Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and manage teams of skilled and unskilled workers effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor project progress, report delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, attendance, and incident reports.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce adherence to safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to workers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
