Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. MBA, CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred. Minimum 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 10 years at Executive / CFO / Finance Director level. Proven experience in Upstream Oil & Gas Operators, Energy, Infrastructure, or Concession Businesses, with strong experience in PSCs, Concession Agreements, JVs, PPPs, Project Finance, and Energy Investments. Strong Middle East experience is mandatory, along with international exposure across multiple jurisdictions and experience managing relationships with governments, regulators, lenders, investors, and shareholders.

Reports ToGroup Chief Executive OfficerJob PurposeThe Chief Financial Officer is responsible for leading the financial strategy, governance, funding, and performance management of a diversified energy portfolio covering oil & gas exploration, production, concessions, infrastructure, power, and energy investments across the Middle East and international markets.
