Coordinate international freight shipments (sea, air, and land) for imports and exportsManage relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agentsPrepare and review shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoices)Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, customs holds, or documentation issuesNegotiate freight rates and optimize shipping and logistics costsEnsure full compliance with import/export regulations and customs proceduresCoordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams on shipment planning and cost allocationMaintain accurate shipment records and prepare regular status reports to managementMonitor Incoterms application and ensure proper risk and cost allocation on each shipmentPropose solutions to improve shipping efficiency and reduce logistics costs
