Planning and organize annual maintenance plan (AMP) which include monitoring and implementation of all daily and monthly maintenance plans.Troubleshooting analysis and planning for the major problems.Preparing failure analysis reports.Preparing monthly downtime analysis.Preparing critical spare parts list & manage materials, arrange /carry-out new modification and implementation of project job under your assignment.Coordination / follow-up with other departmentsKnowledge in follow–up of procurement, store, accountsKnowledge and experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and checklist preparation.Coordinate/control manpower during shutdowns.Practical teamwork discipline or collaboration among team members.Couch technical team under which your supervision is renderedFollow safety policy and procedures as outlined in the safety manual, including participation in any emergency maintenance work.Do other tasks as assigned.
