Job Description : Interested in working on an innovative and high-impact business that is changing the way customers think about grocery Amazon Now is offering a role to be part of a growing team that will make history - building a new business from the ground up.The Instock Management team at Amazon Now is at the heart of a fast-moving, high-growth supply chain. You will be part of working groups tackling real supply chain challenges, driving initiatives that directly impact availability and customer experience. The role involves working closely with data - building solutions, identifying patterns and translating insights into action. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across instock, program management and fulfillment teams to streamline supply chain processes and improve operational outcomes.In this role, you will lead supply chain initiatives end-to-end - from diagnosing gaps to designing and implementing fixes. You will work with internal tools and data to build scalable solutions, support process improvement projects and actively participate in cross-functional forums. The expectation is that you bring both analytical rigour and a bias for action - comfortable in ambiguity and able to move fast without losing accuracy.An ideal candidate should have:- Passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and build meaningful solutions.- Problem-solving mindset - able to identify root causes and drive fixes across teams.- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and navigating cross-functional dependencies.- Detail orientation with high accuracy in data handling and reporting.- Initiative to take ownership, handle stretch responsibilities and operate independently.- Ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly across all levels.Key job responsibilities- Build and maintain operational dashboards to track key supply chain and instock metrics across the network.- Drive data analytics to surface insights, identify trends and support decision-making across the team.- Streamline metrics visibility for internal stakeholders - making the right data accessible at the right time.- Drive process improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional working groups.- Collaborate with supply chain, fulfillment and planning teams to improve operational performance.- Take ownership of operational challenges, analyse data end-to-end and implement corrective actions.- Source store-level pricing and promotions and execute using internal tools.- The role may require occasional weekend coverage but will not exceed a 5-day work week.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience working with stakeholdersOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
