Description
The Supply Planner is responsible for defining and optimizing supply plans to maintain balanced inventory levels and ensure product availability. This role focuses on capacity planning, vendor collaboration, and monitoring key planning performance metrics.- Develop and drive supply planning and replenishment techniques regarding stock parameters and communicate results to relevant team members-Work closely with Demand Planners to understand the expected Sales Forecasts, and validate the optimum stock model to support those-Alert on supply constraints which are business critical and propose remedial action-Manage the specification and agreement of KPIs and SLAs with key suppliers-Manage Supply related data with care to ensure the replenishment system is fed with the right information-Partner with Group Logistics to manage the transportation including optimising supply chain, maintaining a distribution network, challenging selected methods of transportation-Define strategies and processes to accommodate inventory returns, transfers and stock depletion, and ensure inventory planning adjustments are made accordinglyPerformance Monitoring and KPIs-Monitor key planning KPIs, such as ISA (in stock availability) across all networks, DOI (Days of Inventory), OTIF (On-Time In-Full), GM and allocation efficiency.What you'll need to succeedProfessional Experience-A minimum of 4 years of experience in supply planning with a Luxury Beauty or FMCG Business-Proficiency in supply planning tools, preferably Blue Yonder and some experience in SAPEducation-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage supply plans effectively.-Collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.-Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in planning and execution.
