Requirements
Proven experience as a MICE Sales Manager, Events Sales Manager, or similar proactive sales role within the hospitality industry. Strong track record of generating group and events business, managing client portfolios, and achieving revenue targets. Demonstrated experience in corporate groups, conferences, incentives, meetings, exhibitions, and social events sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and build lasting relationships. Strong market knowledge and understanding of MICE industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and maximize revenue performance. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects, accounts, and client requirements simultaneously. Collaborative team player who works effectively with Events Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless event experiences. Proficient in utilizing sales systems, reporting tools, and account management platforms to support business development activities.
