Construction ManagerThe Construction Manager will oversee all construction activities across the Rua Ajyad project, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of major building and infrastructure works. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary construction operations in a challenging and high-profile environment. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in major projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, schedules, and quality standards.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of construction phases.Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.Oversee site logistics, resource allocation, and construction sequencing for optimal efficiency.Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.Review and approve construction documentation, including method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews with project stakeholders.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to site teams and junior staff.Prepare and present progress reports to project leadership and clients.Qualifications & RequirementsBSc degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Minimum 20 years of experience in construction management for major buildings and infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of all operational aspects of large-scale and complex developments.Proven experience in project management, construction delivery, and multi‑disciplinary coordination.Must have experience in the construction of major complex projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region.Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
