Desired Skills: Video Production:· Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.· Lead video production projects from pre-production to post-production, ensuring a seamless workflow and timely delivery.Camera Operation and Cinematography:· Operate various video and camera equipment proficiently to capture dynamic and visually compelling footage.· Utilize strong cinematography skills to enhance the storytelling and visual impact of the videos.Editing and Post-Production:· Edit and enhance raw footage to create polished and engaging video content.· Collaborate with the editing team to ensure consistency and high-quality output.Team Collaboration:· Work closely with creative directors, producers, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life.· Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Technical Proficiency:· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography.· Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to maintain a high standard of video production.Qualifications: Preferably BS degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Digital Media Production, or equivalent experience.Work experience as a Videographer and Editor.Minimum 1-3 years’ prior experience in any production house or channel.Experience working on using professional cameras, editing suites, and basic lighting.Detailed and highly organized with a strong sense of prioritizationA creative and innovative thinker and planner who goes above and beyond for the love of art and craftExcellent knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite or Apple Final Cut Pro X
