Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on luxury residential or commercial projects Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed architectural projects Proven leadership skills and experience managing design teams Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent licensure is preferred Professional certifications (LEED, AIA) are a plus.
