The role requires quality inspection of various production processes including sorting, roasting, frying, grinding, and packing. Description
  • Quality inspection of product sorting process, Roasting/frying process, grinding process, packing process.
  • Monitor Critical Control Points and Operational Prerequisite Programs.
  • Verify production parameters and ensure adherence to approved process conditions.
  • Identify quality deviations and report non-conformities immediately.
  • Stop or hold products that do not meet quality and food safety requirements.
  • Inspection of raw materials (both food and packaging) at reception. Rejecting the non-conforming products (not conforming to Gyma standards), accepting conditionally if required after consulting his superior.
  • Inspection of new samples received from Procurement team and updating response of quality status of those samples.
  • Verify supplier certificates, COAs, and other quality-related documentation
  • Report and document material quality issues for supplier evaluation.
  • Monitoring Temperature and relative humidity of the warehouse area and proper escalation upon any deviations.
  • To raise external Nonconformance for any serious safety and quality issues of the product.
  • Accountable to prevent any cross contamination to the products while inspection on inspection tray.
  • Preparation of product inspection report with quality status and forwarding the report summary to purchase and warehouse on daily basis.
  • Communicating properly with warehouse staff and other Quality Controllers on status of conditionally accepted products requiring special treatment. 
  • Scheduling & supervising of products’ fumigation activities when required.
  • Proper filling of records on time and proper documentation in the final files.
  • To arrange samples for DM inspection, hold the batch system wise until the results are okey.
  • Hold Batch of Product due to customer complaint or recall issue. 
  • Daily GMP monitoring in Factory premises. 
  • Weekly Staff hygiene verification for Production as well as Logistic staff 
  • To perform Quality verification of Export samples upon request. 
  • Weekly vehicle hygiene inspection. 
  • Maintain accurate quality control records, inspection reports, and checklists.
  • Prepare Non-Conformance Reports and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure proper batch documentation and product traceability records.
  • Update quality data in Microsoft D365 or digital quality management systems.
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
