The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric conditions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care. Requirements Provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and emergency pediatric care, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions. Conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and manage newborns and pediatric patients according to evidence-based guidelines. Deliver preventive pediatric care, including well-child examinations, developmental assessments, immunization guidance, and family education on nutrition, growth, and preventive health. Respond to pediatric emergencies, stabilize critically ill patients, and coordinate care with pediatric subspecialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, patient safety, CME, research, and professional development while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
