About The RoleThe Facility/Asset Lead is responsible for overseeing the safe, secure, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable operations and maintenance of Euro Mechanical's facilities across multiple locations, with a focus on preserving the long-term value of the assets.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage maintenance plans, repair schedules, and budgets for all facilities, equipment, and refurbishment activities.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, ensure timely execution of periodic maintenance, and respond to emergency breakdowns to maintain operational continuity.Oversee facility operations including equipment upkeep, MRO materials, parking allocation, waste management, and building security to ensure smooth daily operations.Implement and enforce safety programs and procedures, ensuring full compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.Monitor utilities consumption, control maintenance costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean practices and operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering).Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility & Asset Management.Proven work experience in industrial, oil & gas, or engineering environments.Strong adaptability and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and technical teams.To express interest, please apply online and we will get in touch with the suitable candidates shortly.
