Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in a related HSE, science, or technical discipline with 2-5 years of prior HSE experience. Preferred certifications include ASP, CSP, or CSHO. Must be able to interpret and communicate federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations, and possess strong communication and training abilities. Bilingual skills are preferred. The role requires the ability to balance desk-based administrative tasks with presence in manufacturing areas and involves occasional travel.
Description

The HSE Specialist role will be an integral part of the facility management team.  This role will drive the implementation of the HSE management system while continuing to identify and eliminate HSE related risks. The HSE Specialist will be integral in OSHA and TCEQ compliance, incident investigation, and continued improvement of HSE programs.
