ISS International Qatar WLL is looking for a Turnaround Static Engineer for Ammonia Plant to be based in Mesaieed, Qatar.JOB PURPOSESupport the successful planning, preparation, execution, and close-out of turnaround activities by coordinating with the Turnaround Coordination Team, Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, Contractors, and Support Functions.Ensure assigned turnaround deliverables, execution readiness activities, work packages, materials, resources, and contractor requirements are effectively managed and completed in accordance with approved schedules, quality standards, HSE requirements, and turnaround procedures.Monitor turnaround progress, support risk mitigation and scope change implementation, resolve day-to-day execution issues, and contribute to the achievement of turnaround schedule, cost, quality, and operational readiness objectives.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESTurnaround BudgetTurnaround CoordinationMaterials, Resources & Contractor CoordinationTurnaround Execution & Progress MonitoringProcess improvement and documentationTraining ResponsibilityEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.10-15 years direct and relevant experience.
