Requirements
Qualifications ● BA (Hons) Graphic/Visual/ conceptual design.● Proven design examples/portfolio of work at the required level.Experience ● A minimum of 7 years of overall experience.● Video editing and website design expertise will be beneficial.Knowledge ● Fluent in Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro,Adobe After Effects).● Expert typography/layout knowledge.Skills ● Strong collaborative skills.● Creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills.● Excellent time management skills.● Strong communication skills to present concepts clearly to key stakeholders.Traits ● A can-do and flexible approach.● Ability to manage own workload and changing demands.● Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.● A keen eye for detail.

Working closely with the Creative Director, you will contribute fresh ideas, explore new creative directions, and develop innovative design solutions that bring creative concepts to life. You will also support the Creative Director in executing the brand’s visual vision while maintaining high design standards and collaborating with the wider creative team.In this role, you will :● Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.● Oversee design projects from conception to delivery.● Design banners and communication materials for different purposes and channels: email marketing,newsletters, and social networks.● Design online and offline marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, catalogues and social media).● Contribute actively to the planning and implementation of the brand management strategy.● Design graphic presentations, design data reports and/or infographics, animations, and be able towork/manipulate digital photographs.● Receive and understand design briefs.● Think creatively to produce new ideas and design concepts.● Liaise with marketing and wider design teams to ensure deadlines are met.● Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.● Support junior graphic designers' work to ensure high quality and champion brand consistency.
