This role is responsible for taking raw footage from concept to final delivery, including editing, color grading, sound refinement, and preparing platform-specific outputs for social and digital channels. The Senior Video Editor will collaborate closely with producers, videographers, and the social media team to translate brand strategies into compelling visual content for real estate, hospitality, and other premium clients. Day-to-day tasks include organizing footage, building narrative structures, adding motion graphics and titles, integrating brand guidelines, and ensuring all content meets technical and quality standards. The role also involves providing creative input on shoots, maintaining an efficient post-production workflow, and mentoring junior editors on best practices and tools.QualificationsStrong skills in Video Production and the ability to collaborate effectively with filming teams from pre-production through delivery.Advanced proficiency in Video Editing, including structuring narratives, pacing, and integrating sound for social and digital-first content.Hands-on experience with Video Color Grading to create consistent, brand-aligned looks and enhance visual impact.Competence in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design titles, lower-thirds, transitions, and platform-ready visual elements.Expert user of industry-standard editing and grading tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).Demonstrated experience working on commercial or brand content, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or other premium sectors.Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and communicate effectively with cross-functional creative and account teams.Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media Production, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
