Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to support sustainable business growth. Develop and execute go-to-market and sales initiatives aligned with the Business Unit Business Plan. Act as the key interface between the Business Unit and the Market Unit, ensuring alignment and effective communication. Support local organizations in achieving commercial objectives by identifying improvement opportunities and driving strategic initiatives. Monitor business performance, analyze KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Analytics, Product Management, and regional leadership, to deliver business impact. What you'll need to be successful:5+ years of experience (incl. Intenational working experience) in construction industry. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or Commercial Business Administration. Experience in commercial and sales activities in the region related to construction and/or supply industries. Expert market knowledge including segments, customers, and competition. Strategic mindset and ability to see and understand the bigger picture and develop long-term marketing strategies,Technical knowledge in products of Business Segment slab and wall.
