Requirements
Proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience selling enterprise software, AI solutions, business automation, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation services.Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.Experience engaging business and technical decision-makers in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.Working understanding of AI assistants, workflow automation, business data, and software integrations.Ability to discuss business outcomes clearly and ask effective discovery questions.Strong cold-calling, account research, objection-handling, and CRM skills.Availability for a part-time schedule aligned with UAE and Saudi business hours.

The platform helps businesses connect AI capabilities with their data and systems, build tailored AI assistants, automate workflows, and improve access to business information.You will engage business and technology decision-makers, identify relevant AI use cases, and book qualified discovery meetings for the client’s sales team.ResponsibilitiesResearch target accounts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including financial services businesses and organizations with automation, analytics, or reporting needs.Identify decision-makers across IT, digital transformation, operations, finance, and senior management.Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email in English and Arabic.Explore challenges involving manual processes, disconnected information, reporting, and access to business knowledge.Explain how enterprise AI can address a prospect’s specific operational needs.Qualify opportunities based on the use case, business impact, stakeholders, current systems, and implementation timeline.Book 10 qualified meetings per month and follow up to support attendance.Record account research, discovery findings, and next steps accurately in the CRM.
