Requirements

  • Education: Intermediate or equivalent qualification; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Coordination, Sales Coordination, Logistics, or Order Processing.

  • Strong knowledge of export regulations, shipping processes, and export documentation.

  • Hands-on SAP experience is required.

  • Strong Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, lookups, PivotTables, and reconciliations.

  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with customers, suppliers, drivers, and logistics partners.

  • Strong planning, organization, time management, and follow-up skills.

  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy in documentation and data processing.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, work independently, and perform under pressure.

  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
