Also, to plan, facilitate, organize, and deliver product and brand-related training and development programs to support ATM’s business plans and improve the competence, efficiency, and effectiveness of the sales team across levels and regions, based on continuous training needs assessment and close coordination with HR. Develop policies, procedures, and processes that are specific for dealer standards and ensure compliance with ATM regulations and policies. Engage internal stakeholders throughout the year in dealer standards compliance matters. Manage dealer standards compliance and ensure proper update for requirements and standards set by principals that need to be implemented in an efficient way. Monitor knowledge sharing and skills transfer as compliance capitalizes on lessons learned. Manage and develop dealer standards programs, and identify key areas of weakness, while developing and accelerating support programs aimed at improving performance within the network. Develop and update the dealer standards reporting mechanism, ensuring records are periodically received by importers and dealers. Ensure corrective action plans related to dealer standards are effectively communicated and implemented across ATM. Build a database of performance measurements providing visibility on current and historic performance trends. Involve sales, aftersales, customer experience, and marketing employees in driving in-market follow-up and support through regular reviews and training sessions on new standards, programs, and results. Manage dealer standards communications. Provide recommendations and strategies for the SVP, as well as corrective action plans in order to address dealer standards problems and opportunities. Identify training needs of the sales team across showrooms, and ensure development and implementation of the right training program and curriculum. Identify internal and external training sources in order to plan and organize a formal sales training and development program at ATM. Develop, maintain, and review skills analysis along with managers to ensure the appropriate gaps are identified and determine training costs/benefits to ensure the budgetary parameters are met. Liaise with Customer Interaction Center and regional facilities to gain Customer Viewpoint feedback to provide a report that will highlight any sales advisors or areas where refresher training may be needed. Produce and provide this training as required. Liaise with principals and ensure the right training program is being implemented and delivered to ATM’s staff. Oversee design and presentation of programs to ensure that the relevant sales training is provided and developed to suit the local needs. Ensure development of training programs where principals are not able to deliver the on-the-job sales training. Ensure internal resources are efficiently utilized with collaboration with HR ATM in order to facilitate training implementation. Coordinate with HR - ATM to implement methods to assess training effectiveness on the job to gauge post-training skill development of employees and to suggest enhancements in the training approach. Determine the number of targeted training days to ensure that the training process is well organized, detailed, well communicated, and meets its objectives. Provide technical support to sales advisors using all the materials available. Provide product information updates to the sales team. Minimum of five to eight years of relevant work experience with focus on product/automotive training. Strong leadership and decision making skills.
