Requirements
Qualifications & Experience (Required):
5–7+ years of hands-on experience in Functional and UI/UX testing for Mobile Apps (iOS & Android) including bilingual (Arabic/English) and RTL/LTR support.
Minimum 4 years in Banking and Financial Services (BFSI).
Practical experience testing Mobile & Internet Banking (e.g., FAB apps/portals) and at least one mortgage or lending journey.
Exposure to Agile projects with solid self‑management and stakeholder communication skills.
Proficiency with HP ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking.
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word) for test documentation and reporting
Nice to Have (Preferred):
Prior experience with Core Banking systems such as Temenos T24 and Card systems such as FirstVision.
Experience with CRM/BPM and core‑banking integrations; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Camunda, or similar platforms.
Background in testing enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware), notifications (SMS/Push/Email), and Document Management.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and bilingual/RTL testing best practices.
