Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across FM operations.Conduct regular quality audits, site inspections, and technical inspections.Monitor quality of MEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS services.Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and client requirements.Manage NCRs, CAPA, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.Monitor quality KPIs and prepare regular management reports.Investigate client complaints and recurring service failures.Lead continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.Train and develop Quality Engineers/Officers and operational teams.Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Client Management teams.Support internal and external ISO audits.
