Requirements
Requires a diploma in engineering or related field, or high school with at least two years of experience. A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory. Saudi nationals with industrial or oil & gas maintenance exposure are preferred. Candidates should be able to read basic work instructions and safety signage in English/Arabic.

Role Purpose The Technician (National) carries out skilled maintenance tasks on onshore production equipment under the direction of Senior Technicians and Supervisors, developing toward senior trade roles within Front End's national workforce development pathway in support of Saudization and Vision 2030.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on plant equipment and piping systems.Assist in dismantling, repair, replacement, and reassembly of mechanical components and fittings.Carry out routine checks, lubrication, tightening, and minor adjustments per maintenance schedules.Follow Work Permit requirements, JSAs, and PPE rules at all times; report hazards and near misses.Maintain tools and work areas in clean, safe condition; return materials and complete task records.Drive between site locations as required to support work execution.Participate in training and competency development programs.Minimum Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma in any engineering discipline or related field; or High School with minimum two (2) years experience.Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory).Saudi national; industrial or oil & gas maintenance exposure preferred.Ability to read basic work instructions and safety signage in English/Arabic.
