Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 12-15 years of E&I construction experience in onshore oil and gas projects, including greenfield/new build and brownfield/live process plants. Specific experience in permits to work, isolation & lock out/tag out, tie-ins, substation construction, stage inspection, SAT testing, cathodic protection, and pre-commissioning is required. A minimum of 10 years as an EPIC Contractor is mandatory.

With over 1,000 employees and 9,000 contractors operating in over 70 countries, our geographical reach and pool of talent available is unmatched in the industry.Airswift is seeking for a Construction Supervisor (Electrical & Instrumentation) to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.Mandatory RequirementsQualificationBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from an internationally recognized University.Preferably having formal training in QA/QC functional aspects.ExperienceCandidate should have a minimum of 12 to 15 years overall E&I construction experience in onshore oil and gas project.In addition, the candidate shall have specific stated experiences in:Greenfield/new build construction sites.Brownfield/live process plants.Permits to work, incl Isolation & Lock Out/Tag Out of live services.Tie-in to live facilities, including testing and integration to existing systems.Construction of new sub-stations & control rooms, incl building E&I services.Stage Inspection and Testing of Construction activities as per approved ITPs.SAT Testing of electrical and/or Instrument/control systems.Cathodic Protection Installation (UG/AG Pipes, Tanks, etc.).Test and Precommissioning.Experience with High Voltage (HV) electrical systems is preferred.A minimum of 10 years experience as an EPIC Contractor, including recent positions held to the level of Superintendent.An additional 5 years experience as a client or PMC superintendent / Snr Supervisor is preferred.Current experience in State of Qatar industrial cities and/or other GCC countries is preferred.Technical KnowledgeFamiliar with international Codes, Standards and regulations relevant to the job function (e.g. QCS, ACI, AISC, BS / EN / ISO / ASTM standards, Shell DEP etc.).How To ApplyInterested applicants or referrals, please apply through Airswift website or share your updated CV at: [HIDDEN TEXT]
