The successful candidate will help the team run smoothly — coordinating diaries, meetings, travel and logistics and helping to maintain the professionalism and polish expected in all interactions with clients, prospects and strategic partners. This is an opportunity to work at the centre of a dynamic and evolving investment team while helping to strengthen our structure and support the development of a best-in-class EA function. With AI playing an ever increasing role, we are committed to leveraging these tools to enhance efficiency as the department grows. Key responsibilities Perform a broad range of administrative activities for the Real Assets team as assigned by the line manager. Attend internal and external meetings and take minutes as required. Manage team diaries and daily priorities with sound judgement and discretion; schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, facilities, events and travel arrangements, ensuring the team is well prepared for every engagement. Manage accurate records, contacts and meeting notes, including CRM systems where required. Establish and maintain the department's files, inventories, records and data management systems, liaising with other ADIC departments as needed. Compose and edit technical and administrative correspondence and documentation. Assist in administrative problem-solving, project planning, and the execution of departmental goals and objectives. Prepare reports, summaries and responses to enquiries from a variety of sources. Support ad hoc projects, leadership activity and business development priorities as required. Carry out other similar duties as assigned. Experience and qualifications Substantial experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services, professional services or consulting. Strong diary, inbox, travel and meeting management experience. Bachelor’s degree. Prior UAE experience beneficial, but not essential. Technical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AI-enabled productivity tools an advantage. Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to compose and edit error free materials. Arabic (spoken and written) is an advantage but not mandatory. Skills and attributes Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly. Confident and diplomatic and able to manage upwards. Discreet with sound judgement in handling confidential and sensitive information. Anticipate requirements and act on them, balancing detail with the wider context. A strong communicator, both written and verbal. Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and builds effective relationships across the organization.
