The IT Support & IT Administrator provides high-level administrative and coordination support to senior management, ensuring smooth communication, efficient documentation control, and effective office operations across multiple projects.The role serves as a central coordination point between management, project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.The position is responsible for managing executive schedules, preparing official correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining strict control of confidential information and project documentation.In construction environments where timelines, approvals, and compliance are critical, the position plays a key role in tracking submissions, managing records, and supporting decision-making through accurate reporting and organized information flow.
