Requirements
Ability to understand the NFP business environment, objectives, and apply internal policies and procedures effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to monitor, collect, and analyze data from multiple sources and prepare accurate reports to support decision-making across NFP. Proficiency in using both national and foreign languages, spoken and written. Strong organizational and planning skills to manage work and project activities efficiently and achieve short- and long-term objectives. Ability to effectively use standard equipment, office automation systems, software, and related accounting systems and ERP. Skilled in gathering and analyzing data, responding to complex situations, and developing innovative solutions that add value to NFP. Reporting and analyzing operational metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided to determine effects on costs. Analyzes actual production costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual costs. Records cost information for use in controlling expenditures. Prepares estimates of new and proposed product or service costs. Recommends cost efficiencies in new product layouts. Apportions costs between units of production and management.
