Port CaptainAre you an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in port operations for large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects in the oil and gas sector We are seeking a highly skilled Port Captain to oversee and coordinate all marine activities supporting our project execution.As the Port Captain, you will play a critical leadership role ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant movement of vessels, cargo, and project equipment—working closely with marine contractors, logistics teams, engineering groups, and client stakeholders.Who We areTarget Engineering brings 50+ years of experience in EPC and industrial infrastructure.
