Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in marine operations, including roles as Port Captain, Marine Superintendent, or Offshore Captain. Master Mariner (Class 1 CoC) or equivalent maritime qualification is preferred. Strong background in EPC or major capital projects within the oil & gas or offshore energy sectors, with proven experience in port logistics, heavy-lift operations, barge/tug management, and marine safety. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong understanding of HSE principles, ISM, SOLAS, IMDG, and port regulations.
