Requirements

Job PurposePlanning, coordinating, and leading all maintenance activities related to dairy processing equipment, facilities, and utilities. involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards to support the production of high-quality dairy products. What You'll Do • Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.• Drive equipment reliability and root cause analysis initiatives to minimize downtime.• Identify and implement maintenance improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.• Monitor maintenance performance and contribute to continuous improvement programs.
