Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide specialized care for infants, children, and adolescents with endocrine and metabolic disorders while delivering evidence-based, patient-centered treatment in accordance with international clinical standards.The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive pediatric endocrine care and improved patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage pediatric endocrine disorders including diabetes mellitus, growth disorders, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, obesity, and pubertal abnormalities.Conduct comprehensive endocrine evaluations and interpret hormonal and metabolic investigations.Develop individualized treatment plans and provide long-term follow-up care for pediatric endocrine patients.Manage pediatric diabetes programs including insulin therapy, insulin pumps, and continuous glucose monitoring systems (CGM).Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations for pediatric endocrine cases.Collaborate with pediatricians, dietitians, neonatologists, geneticists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Educate patients and families regarding disease management, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence.Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with MOH UAE regulations and hospital policies.Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuing medical education programs.Qualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by MOH UAE.Board Certification / Fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology.Valid MOH UAE Consultant License or Eligibility Letter.Minimum 5–7 years of post-board consultant experience in Pediatric Endocrinology within a reputed tertiary care or academic hospital.Strong expertise in pediatric diabetes and endocrine disorders.Excellent communication and family counseling skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in advanced diabetes technologies and multidisciplinary endocrine clinics.Exposure to pediatric metabolic and genetic endocrine disorders.Academic and research experience is an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment.BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salaryFamily benefitsHealth insuranceAnnual airfare allowancePaid annual leaveCME and professional development support
